There were a couple of things that aligned to help me create this new recipe for Salmon Tacos with Mexican Slaw! First, lately I’ve been loving the Mr. Tortilla 2 Net Carb Multigrain Tortillas and thinking how great those thin tortillas would be for tacos. Second, I had two extra large salmon fillets thawed out in the fridge with no idea for what to make with them. After I had the idea of combining those ingredients, I was pretty sure the Salmon Tacos would be amazing, and when I made them with Kara to take these photos we absolutely loved them. We used the Air Fryer to cook the salmon in six minutes, which made this so quick and easy for a week-night meal, but I’ll give some links to other cooking methods for the salmon if you don’t have an Air Fryer.
And no matter what method you use this will be a quick and easy dinner. This was a new product for both Kara and me, and it was a complete game-changer for keeping the Air Fryer basket clean.
