They are definitely filling, and super easy to make! The larger size is convenient and value-price. I prefer this packaging to the cardboard style. Wish there were more in the package. Great sources of protein with great taste.

Maple alone is too sweet for me. They’re D1 athletes and love the amount of protein in them. Just lower your toaster’s heat and toast it until it’s right. Then slather it with butter and honey, and eat it with whatever you like to drink. I don’t like oatmeal and I don’t like blueberries but somehow I love Kodiak’s Blueberry and Cream Oatmeal!
