I was so impressed with the quality of the prints as well as the framing. My photos came within the same week of my order in perfect condition with hanging pieces. I recently used Keepsake to frame two pictures for me. Everything is done online and the prices are reasonable. I got this as a gift for a friend and the quality was great and it turned out beuaitful! Good quality photo in a really beautiful frame. I’m so happy with my order, and it arrived at my door within a week of ordering.
The only part I did not like is that the backing of the frame is paper so in order to take the photo out you have to rip into it rather than remove it like most frame backings. I ordered three framed photographs from Keepsake and my order arrived within three days, even on the week of July 4th. The frames were high quality, professional and beautifully packaged. Great value for the price and I love supporting a small business. I skeptically ordered two large pictures on the app and was very happy with how they arrived!

It is really top quality workmanship and looks so good. I will certainly use your service again as it is no more expensive than buying a frame and putting a photo in myself yet it looks much better, professional. The quality of the frames and the picture itself was exceptional. I was especially impressed by the care taken in packaging to ensure the frames got to me unscathed! I will use them again and SOON!
Try as I would, I could not adequately print and frame my collage without some issue. Either the frame cut off some of the images or trying to shrink to correct distorted things. Enter Keepsake and all was resolved with the results I expected. I would highly recommend this service. I ordered a print and wanted it bigger but the resolution was low so I ordered a smaller size. I got an unsolicited email from Hannah asking about my print I told her I loved it but was disappointed I couldn’t order it in a larger size, she adjusted the resolution and sent me the updated picture and I was able to order it immediately.
