Vegan and our main spot was set up outside thai bbq Stonehenge Produce on Overland Road. Brad and Bre, along with their charismatic staff made us feel SO welcome and comfortable as we enjoyed they’re amazing BBQ.
Throw in their marquee VEGAN cornbread, and OMG! This was our first time here and we really enjoyed it. As a vegetarian with other medical food restrictions, this is my FAV place to eat in Boise. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating, the food is delicious, and no one leaves disappointed. We specialize in traditional BBQ all smoked with pecan wood on offset smokers that we build.
We also offer delicious smoked vegan dishes that we prepare separately from our meat items. 11am – 9pm – 7 days a week. Serve this with steamed jasmine or Coconut Rice. Or go all out with a Thai restaurant banquet complete with Thai Fried Rice , Pad See Ew or Thai Chilli Basil Stir Fry!
