I love that the prep is minimal, the jerky is full of way more flavor than the bags of jerky you buy at the store and it is a much higher quality product. Anybody else find that they need to rotate the meat racks about half way through? Top rack was pretty much almost jerky and bottom rack was still practically raw. I’m just wondering how long the shelf life is and I assume it doesn’t have to be refgrigerated. My Ninja Foodi is running as I type this.
