Mix all of the ingredients together until the mixture is a cookie dough consistency.
Take a small spoon and spoon out your cookie dough. This is an old version of the Easy-Bake Oven. Mix together all the ingredients until there are no clumps. Pour the mix into the buttered pan and bake for about 10 minutes.
Add the milk slowly until the consistency is smooth and creamy. Add the peanut butter and mix the ingredients together until the frosting is creamy. Make sure you add the peanut butter slowly. Mix well, then slowly add the liquid ingredients: the vanilla first, then the vegetable oil, and finally the milk mix. Bake the cake for 15 minutes.
