Nice and soft in the middle and crunchy on the outside. Trying pieces of chopped up white chocolate tonight should be good. I’ve trialled and tested so many others but this one is my favourite. If you’re looking for a chewy cookie recipe then this is the one.
Anyone who said this recipe turned out trash is SO wrong. There were ingredients that were not even in the method and when I added everything together nothing worked. I’m sorry to say this, but I am a yr 7 myself and I don’t agree with the people who say it’s too sweet. I am 12 and I made them with no help and they were perfect! 2 cup of brown sugar because for me it tastes to sweet with both for me.
By the way I’m 11 and as a kid sugars great for me so it’s saying something for me saying it’s to sweet. I am a kid and it was very easy to make! Wow these were easy to make and turned out really well-my kids loved them! If you use this recipe, i recommend that you use one whole cup of chocolate chips instead of half a cup. I substituted brown sugar for peanut butter – and it was soooo good! My new fave choc chip recipe. Taste a little too eggy for me.
