That’s because coconut flour is similar to a sponge and expands as it soaks up liquid. In comparison, white flour doesn’t contain enough fat or fiber to satiate you. That’s why you need to keep eating more and more because you don’t get full with white flour. Coconut is perfect if you’re not eating grains like me.
